which share toilet / shower. A room with a normal bed and a sofa bed. Another
separate toilet. Thus a total of 11 beds for adults and a sofa bed.

A large kitchen and living room at the ground floor. A large lounge with
satellite TV upstairs. Furnished terraces upstairs and downstairs. Optical fiber
internet access (Wi Fi).

Garden with pool, tennis court, playground, gym etc. shared by 4 other houses.

5 minutes walk to a stunning endless beach with few tourists. Several
restaurants, cafe, spa in the surrounding area. 20 minutes fast boats to the
famous island Koh Samet.

We also have a separate house for lectures, conferences, and it is possible to
rent several houses for large groups (training courses, weddings, birthdays, etc.).

Water, house keeping, cleaning bed sheets and towels included.

The cost for electricity is not included in the rent.
