Description

Welcome to rent our summer house in Nösund on the southwest Orust in Bohuslän.
The house is near the sea with a private beach and pier. Our little rowboat you
are welcome to borrow.

Deion:
The Nösund house is a real paradise on the west coast. The house and the beach
is located in a sunny and sheltered position facing west and has sun from
morning to evening.
The charming house is an older cozy and well kept fisherman with room for 6-8
persons. It is essentially modernized in an older style.
Most of what you need there.
In the kitchen we cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge and
freezer.
Washing machine is in the basement, ochTV in the living room.
Sinks are located on each bedroom and upstairs there is shower + toilet.

Living room, gorgeous glass veranda (dining room) and kitchen on the ground
floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms ::
1 room with double bed, 1 room with 4 beds, one room with twin / double bed.
From the beautiful glass veranda and terrace has views of the water and the
beach. On the private jetty and at the beach you can enjoy full-scale summer
life with sun, sand, rest, grilling, etc. in a beautiful and welcoming
environment.
There is also a newly built beach house on whose porch you can stay to take
dinner or just "hang" the lazy summer days. This small house can be rented for
an additional cost.
You can relax in this private setting, but also visit the nearby tavern, where
one can listen to great music, eat well, have a beer, or why not enjoy the
newly
built spa?
In Nösund are also two swimming areas, a tennis court and many beautiful
walking
areas. Moreover Nösund biking distance to several authentic coastal
communities.
Also nearby are golf, boat trips, "fishing villages" as ex Mollosund, Käringön
and Gullholmen, ancient monuments, lovely surroundings and walks.

Conditions
The fee is SEK 15 000 per week from June - 14 August.
August 14 to September 15 10 000 per week.
That price is a maximum of 6 guests. Another two are to come, but then pay 1500
SEK per person per week.
You also want access to the beach house for a fee of 3000 SEK. If you want to
come out slightly on the water, you can borrow our rowing boat and life
jackets.
Do you have your own boat you can moor at the pier or buoy.
Booking fee paid NASR you have decided on this item. It corresponds to half the
fee, or a maximum of SEK 8000. This set off when the final cost paid, but shall
not be repaid in case of cancellation. The reservation is confirmed when the
fee
is paid.
The remaining fee plus deposit 2000 SEK paid two weeks before arrival.
The house is rented weekly divisions at 15:00 to next Sunday at 12:00, then the
house will be cleaned and ready for inspection, the paid deposit is refundable.

Road Description

80 km north of Gothenburg.
E6 towards Stenungsund. Head Orust, cross Tjörn bridges road 160. At Varekil
turn left, road 178 towards Ellös. At Tegneby turn left towards Nösund.
