We have a charming red cottage 10km from
Kopmanholmen and
the National Park of
Skuleskogen, 25 km south of Ornskoldsvik. The
cottage is a classic
Swedish
house; red with white corners and was built in
the middle of the
19th century.
The cottage is about 110 squaremeters. On the
groundfloor there
is a big kithen
with a wooden stove, a dinnerroom (open fire)
and a cosy living
room. Upstairs
3 bedrooms and a big livingroom. Altogether at
least 18beds. Outside the kitchen is a big
wooden deck with a
great view over
the valley. New stove, fridge and freezer.
Electric toilet, shower and washingmachine in
small bathroom.
The house is at the end of a small village just
where the blueberry
woods
start. It is close to lakes for swimming and
fishing (5 km) and
about 10km to
the sea (the High Coast). Good fishing in rivers.
