with all kind of comfortabilities located in a lovely area of natural beauty and
tranquillity in Riudarenes, 85 km from France, 86 kms from Barcelona and 19 kms
to the beaches of the Costa Brava.

This large property for larger groups is made up of two attached but independent
stone-built houses, Mas Estrada, accommodating up to 23 people, and Paller Mas
Estrada, accommodating up to 17 people. The two holiday houses stand in an
extensive fully fenced private surface area of more than 6000 m² , covered with
vegetation and set up with all the necessary facilities for enjoying a holiday
with your family or a group of friends. Each villa has its own outdoor gate, car
park area, bathing area, play ground and barbecue with adjoining dining area.

Road Description

Leaving the AP-7 motorway by exit 9A, head in the direction of Girona on the N-
II. When you reach the km. 698 milestone, turn left on exit Les Mallorquines. Go
straight till round about, take the first exit. Go through the village
Riudarenes and on the other side of the latter, look for the km. 20 milestone
after passing the bus stop, and turn right onto the country track. Carry
straight on along the same track and up a rise for 800 m. and you will find the
Villa Mas ca l’Estrada, Villa Mas Estrada and Villa Paller Mas Estrada on the
right hand side.
