Description

If you are looking for a genuine, elegant and romantic house with a touch of
history then you will find this unique manor house as a perfect fit and an
excellent opportunity to spend a few days in a very elegant and stylish
environment. The house has plenty of space where you can get together: a large
living room, a cosy drawing room with a very beautiful fireplace and a library
in art Deco style also used as a media room. On the ground floor there is also
a fully equipped kitchen with modern equipment, a separate dining room and a
double bedroom with own “walk in closet”.
The breakfast can be served on the cosy kitchen terrace, which is almost always
sunny. During summers you can enjoy the scent from the rose bushes close to the
terrace. The afternoon tea can be served in the beautiful gardens or on the
well-preserved veranda from 1910 also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. The larger one is the master
bedroom and there is also a smaller cosy double bedroom well suited for
youngsters. Both bedrooms have their own walk in closets attached. There is a
bathroom on the second floor and another bathroom in connection to the newly
built SPA area located a few footsteps under the ground floor.

The Satellite TV allows you to watch many German TV channels, French, Spanish

Road Description

From Halmstad: Take the motorway exit at Eurostop and enter road 117 in
direction Laholm. Drive straight-ahead 15 KM until you see the traffic
sign “Genevad” then turn left. The first house on the right hand side is Villa
Aster.
