Description

The house was completed in March 2009 and lie in a Norwegian area with a lot of
houses and apartments only 3 km from downtown Hua Hin and the beach.
An English speaking person will welcome you and will be at your service if you
have any questions or need any kind of help during your stay.

Price is 18.000 baht, (NOK 3500,-) pr week or 66.000 baht (NOK 12.000,-) per
month.
Cleaning the house at the price of 1.500 baht, (NOK 250,-) in addition.

From Bangkok it takes about 2,5 hour to the house in Hua Hin and you can either
take a taxi, bus or train to Hua Hin.

The house consists of three bedroom with air-condition, two bathroom, living
room with air condition, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave,
refrigerator and stove, booth with washing machine and the house also has its
own swimming pool and a 40 m2 terrace.
It is also a 100 ccm motorcycle which you can use.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has access to directly to the terrace and swimming
pool, own bathroom, 32” TV and a kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: The bedroom is next to the bathroom, has a kingsize bed and space
for small bed for children if necessary.
Bedroom 3: The bedroom is next to the living room and has a queensize bed.
Living room: Corner sofa, recliner, 42” TV with surround system and satellite
TV.
Kitchen/dining area: Kitchen is fully equipped according to Norwegian standard
and it has dish washer, stove, microwave and all kind of equipment.
It is also a bar and dining table with chairs for six people.
Terrace: Bench, table and 4 chairs, beach chairs and sun beds. It is light on
the terrace which makes it nice and cosy to sit outside in the evening also.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is 3 x 8 meter and is 140 cm deep.
Booth: Washing machine and storage room for tools and swimming mattress.

If you need a baby crib, baby chair or extra bed you must book it in advance
and you will be charged 500 baht pr item pr remtal period.

The house is facing east, so it has sun all day between 08 to 16, so you will
have plenty of time to relax and enjoy.
And the area also has a public swimming pool for adults and also a smaller for
young children.

The area is guarded 24 hour a day, has free wireless internet connection, so
you can keep yourself updated.
If you like playing golf, it is several courses at international standard
within 20 minutes from the house.
