Campiglia Borgo Vecchio Casa Patrizia is a real comfortable farmhouse!

The main entrance opens up onto the first floor with a bright and spacious
living room with good sitting sofas and flat screen Sat TV. The large kitchen
has its own traditional fireplace and the old tuscan table is long enough to
sit 8 people in comfort. The laundry room is right below the kitchen and fits
the washing machine and an extra bathroom with shower

The kitchen opens onto a wide terrace fully equipped with barbecue facilities,
chairs and dining table; this is the ideal area for outdoor self-catering
throughout spring, summer and autumn.

Here you have the children pool in a large own private area with apple-trees,
plum-trees and delicious fig-trees.

The second floor has two double bedrooms, one family-room (with an elevated
floor space with one extra bed) and the main bath-room.

If extra sleeping accommodation is needed, it is possible to have the use of
the dependance Sassicaia in front of the house with the small living room with
kitchen, one double bedroom , its own bathroom and the private garden.
The charming village of San Cassiano is only 800 mt away from the farmhouse.

Situated in the center of the old village, with its beautiful roman church,
are two general stores, two bars and a small but well patronized restaurant
serving home made pasta and pizza.

The nearest town is Bagni di Lucca that is just 7 km away from the property,
the town enjoys a number of restaurants and shops, gyms offering a wide range
of sporting facilities, swimming pools and health spa and the famous old Casino
recently re-opened.

The nature reserve Orrido di Botri is 15 minutes away and is worth a visit.

Borgo a Mozzano is approximately 20 minutes away by car,(SS12 that leads you
to Lucca) and has the famous bridge Ponte della Maddelena, also known as The
Devil's Bridge. The town hosts a beer festival every year during the summer.
Three days in April there is an exhibition of Azaleas with beautiful displays
of numerous varieties of flowers, the 1st May you will find also a Baccalà
Sagra (grilled stockfish, wine and all kind og food)and in October the largest
Halloween festa in europe.

Also Grotta del Vento is worth a visit, with the underground caves deep in the
Garfagnana beautiful surrounding.
