Description

A very nice summer house on the

island of Öland in the south east

of Sweden.

The house is 60 m2 and has two

more houses, one of them 25

m2 and the other

10 m2.

We have 15 beds and 2 children

´s beds. There are two toilets

with showers.

In the big house all equipment

with freezer, fridge,

stove,microwave, coffee

machine, dishwasher and other

modern cooking equipment.

In the summer of 2018 the old

glass porch is rebuilt into a new,

fully built in glass

porch with space for at least 16

persons.

In the house of 25 m2 there is

also a small kitchen with fridge,

coffee machine

and possibilities to make

food.And shower, toilet and

washing machine.

The house has a small garden

with flowers and surrounded by a

fence with

clematis and other climbing

flowers. There is a parking place

right outside the

house, children´s playground just

50 meters away and, the best of

all, just 250

meters to the beach. We have a

private beach for the 30 houses

that belong to

the area.There is a small raft at

the beach, which children lika

very much

to play with.

bridge and after 10 km you turn

right and follow the

signs to Sandbergens

Vandrarhem (Strandnära). After

meters to our house which ist
