Description

Villa Linné lies in the hart of Vis, in a calm neighbourhood called Kut. The
distance to the sea is about 200 meters and the view over the bay and the
beautiful town of Vis from the apartments balcony is wonderful. You can
take a dip in the bay from one of the many small beaches and jetties. The
towns own beach or the beautiful Grandovac beach is a 15 minutes walk
away or 5 minutes by car. All necessary conveniences such as shops and
restaurants are all a short walking distance away. We have only one
apartment that is isolated from the rest of the house, with its own
entrance and balcony with a great view.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, a bathroom
and a large balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two
single. Extra beds can be set up in the living area if necessary.

The floor area if 70 m² and the apartment is equipped with all necessary
conveniences such as satellite tv, internet connection and a washing
machine.

The villa has a swimming poop that is not included in the rent for the
apartment but can be used on agreement.
