I have a nice and cozy apartment in Rome, perfect for two.
Independent entrance on the ground floor. Entrance/living room with a sofa bed.
Toilet with shower. (The waterboiler is small, but rapid) Double bed on the
loft. (Please pay attention: it is high only m. 1,50) Electric heating,
refrigerator, microwave oven, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, bed linens,
telephone and radio. Internet+ WiFi in the apartment.
My little apartment is located in Monteverde Vecchio, a quiet and secure part of
the city. Various local amenities are available within walking distance:
Supermarkets, various shops, coffeshops, Italian traditional restaurants and
pizzerias, and some of the best Italian ice-cream shops in the city. In
addition, close to a small colorful open cheap market for fresh fruit,
vegetables etc. every morning. My apartment is only a stone's throw from
Trastevere, and it is possible to have a walk to the best viewpoint in Rome:
Janiculum Hill. The apartment is well connected by bus and tram to Rome's
historical centre. From the bus stop just a few metres from the apartment you
can take the bus straight to the heart of the historical centre in 15-20minutes.
Monteverde is the greenest district of Rome and immediately outside the
apartment, you will find Villa Pamphili (the largest park in Rome) an amazing
green area for jogging and leisure. If you are in Rome a Sunday you must visit
the famous Porta Portese flea market in Trastevere still part of the true
Italian culture.

Road Description

The apartment is located at the park of Villa Pamphili, the entrance called "Via 8
Marzo Festa della Donna" right at the intersection of Via Donna Olimpia, Via Pio
Foà and Via Vitellia. Bus 870 from S.Peterskyrkan and 984 from METRO Cornelia stop
here. Other buses that pass through the area is 44 from Piazza Venezia and the
tram 8 from Largo Argentina, both pass Trastevere.
