Road Description

The apartment is in a quiet area idyllically situated on the seafront and next
to the marina and port area at Puerto de la Duquesa in Manilva. It is approx 25
mins from Gibraltar and 50 mins from Malaga airport.

Within the marina there are cafes, bars, boutiques, restaurants, supermarket,
butcher, and a bank.

There is also full marina services and a business centre. Within walking
distance of the apartment can be found the Duquesa golf course.

There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks in the area, which has helped
to maintain it's charm and it's character. The blue flag sandy beach stretches
past Sabanillas to Estepona. On the other side it winds along the coast to the
well known resort of Sotogrande. The Duquesa waterfront is closed to traffic
making it safe for families.

This area has excellent facilities for both families and couples looking for a
relaxing holiday, and for golfers with some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Manilva is a wonderful area to enjoy a range of activities for the whole family.
Activities in Manilva include golf, water sports, sporting activities, horse
riding and there is always loads of things to do and fun events for children.

Other activities around the area include horse riding, sailing, diving, fishing,
jetskiing and go karting. In Estepona you have the Selwo African animal reserve
and you are a short drive away from the aqua parks of Mijas and the cable lift
and marine park in Benalmadena. The local tourist information centre in Estepona
is ideal for obtaining further details and leaflets on local activities and
events.
