walk from a
beautiful kilometer long sandy beach. Beautiful walking paths.
Distances:
Falsterbo/Skanör (15 min by car), Malmo (20 min by car),
Copenhagen (40 min by
car) and Österlen (40 min by car).

15 golf courts within 30km. Nearest golf courts are only 8 km
from our house
(Trelleborgs GK and Ljunghusen GK)

Approx 1 km to smaller grocery store. 3 km to big grocery stores,
liquor store,
bank, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants, shopping center and
cinema.
Mini Golf and kiosk : about 600 m

3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop for buses to Höllviken
centre (with
further connections to Malmö and Falsterbo/Skanör), or to
Trelleborg.

The house has an open and light floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen
with
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

90 cm beds in each
room. Allround room with two single beds (90 cm) and a sofabed

The house total area is approximately 145 m2. The hiring part is
about 110 m2
(two rooms are used as private storage room, but not visited
during the rental
period).
Large sunny children friendly garden of approx 1000 sqm with
infra-heated
terrace, secluded courtyard, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill.

The price includes final cleaning. (The tenant removes and carries
out the
garbage, washing up and sets furnitures, grill etc back at the
original place.)

Bed linen and towels can be rented (150 sek per person), internet
can be ordered
(100 sek/3 GB, or 200 sek/20 GB). Bikes can be borrowed.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at the earliest at
15th. Check out before 10am.
In low season also available for long weekend (min 3 nights), or
longer period
(max 6 weeks).

Smoking and pets not allowed indoors. Min.age is 25 years for
responsible
tenant. Deposit: 2000 sek.

Road Description

From Malmo to E6 against Trelleborg. Pass Vellinge exit, turn off
at the next
exit (road no. 100 against Skanör / Falsterbo). When you come to
Höllviken,
first roundabout to the left. About 3 km straight ahead (towards
Kämpinge).
