Description

House with sea view from the plot! The house is located only 200 m away from the famous
coastline of Bohuslän, with rocky cliffs and sandy beaches. This coastline was ranked 7th
among the world's last great wilderness areas by CNN Travel in 2013.

The house is located on a large sunny plot with both lawn and smooth cliffs. On the deck you
can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. Here you can relax in a quiet summer paradise but still be
close to the shopping and restaurants in Strömstad.

If you are interested in hiking/walking or mountain bike bicycling you should take the
opportunity to try this since the ara has very nice trails for both hiking and biking. The season

Kayaking or canoeing is a great way to explore the archipelago. Bring your own kayaks or take

The main part of the house is occupied by the combined kitchen and living room areas with a
dining table for 6 persons, 2 couches and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven,
refrigerator/freezer and a coffee machine. The house has two bedrooms, the master one with a
king-sized bed and windows in three directions. and a smaller one with a bunk bed. Both
bedrooms were renovated in 2015. The bathroom is newly renovated in 2014.

The outside wooden deck has a table with chairs, sun chairs and a barbecue.

A rowing boat for 4-5 persons is included in the rental fee. The boat is ideal for fishing.
Typically we fish cod and mackerel with the boat which we then put on the grill (mackerel can
also be caught directly off the beach). Salmon is in season until June. Crab and lobster is easy
to catch right out from the beach but for that traps are needed (and note that lobster is only in
season from late September).

Baby bed and chair chair is available upon request.

The distance to downtown Stromstad is 10 km and Strömstad Golf Club is 5 km away. Nordby
Shopping (the largest shopping mall in Scandinavia) is 20 km away.

Towels and sheets are not included in the rent (can be added at a fee upon request).
Housekeeping is normally mandatory.

Changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be discussed.
