3 rooms apartment with garden in a small residence with pool just outside the
garden, in a closed area. Perfect for small children.

Situated in the area of Les Minimes in the fancy coast city La Rochelle on the
French Atlantic coast. Walk distance to the beach. Nature and coast walk just
around the corner with many bicycle possibilities. Take the electric
boatshuttle or a walk along the sea to the old city center and the middle aged
harbour.

The apartment is composed of :
2 bedrooms – one with king size bed, and the other with bunk beds and an
additional pullout bed. A living room with big windows south towards the garden,
table, convertible sofa, TV and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator,
freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the bathroom a washing machine is at
your disposal.

In the garden there is a table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the warm
evenings or breakfast in the morning sun.

In Les Minimes you will find one of Europes biggest marinas with many
possibilities for sailing and boat rental.

The well known island of Ile de Ré, with its typical nature, houses and beaches
is situated right outside of La Rochelle. Close by in the other direction you
will find Aytre and Chateilaillon, with their beaches and spots for kite
surfing.

For more long way excursions you have Cognac and Bordeaux with their vineyards,
or of course Royan and Ile d’Oleron with their very long beaches, oysters, well
known zoo and Fort Boyard.

It is a non smoking apartment and it is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday
during the summer months.
