Description

Exclusive villa with private swimming pool set in the amazing landscape of
Chianti. VILLA BELSOLE can host 18 persons in a property of 3 hectares
immersed in the colours and perfumes of the Tuscan countryside.

An independent, recently restored villa situated on a hillock in Chianti.
Surrounded by sloping olive groves, vineyards and ancient cypresses, the
panoramic view of the landscape with the characteristic towers of San
Gimignano in the background, is just simply breathtaking!

VILLA BELSOLE offers the highest standard of accommodation: quality,
comfort and privacy.

In 2003 VILLA BELSOLE was skilfully restored retaining all the architectural
features of the past. In the 19th century, the Villa was the residence of the
Marquise PUCCI family.
The antique furnishing and décor reflect the ancient style of the Villa
without renouncing the conveniences of modern bath-rooms, fully
equipped kitchen, central heating, TV Sat, DVD.
The rooms are furnished with antique Tuscan pieces and are unique for the
beauty of the interior and the naturalistic context in which they are set.
Today the villa is provided with a private swimming pool (18x4m) in a wide
garden perfectly equipped for your outdoor lunches and for relax by the
pool, all surrounded by a park with olive groves and ancient cypresses.

LODGING DESCRIPTION:
500m2 structured on 3 floors. 9 double rooms, each with private
bath/shower room. Total sleeps: 18 .

GROUND FLOOR: large entrance hall with staircase, a wide living room with
pool table, reading room with TV, DVD and CD, bedroom (twin single beds)
with an en suite shower room, kitchen and a spacious dining hall with table
for 18 persons, laundry and cloakroom.

FIRST FLOOR: Landing. 7 bedrooms, 5 with twin single-beds (all with en
suite shower rooms), and 2 with double-beds, one with en suite bathroom
and one with an en suite shower room.

SECOND FLOOR: “ The pigeon tower”: one bedroom with a double-bed and
en suite shower room, two terraces, one connected to the room, from
which you have an exclusive view.

OUTSIDE:
Private swimming pool (18x4m), open from early May to late September,
surrounded by a wide lawn and flower-beds with roses and jasmines.
Private parking-place behind the villa and a gazebo equipped for out-door
lunches with barbecue, all bordered by an olive grove and cypresses. The
entrance to the property is provided with an antique iron gate, equipped
with a video-interphone system.

The rent includes the private use of the entire structure, self catering , 18
sleeps.

Road Description

From North reach Florence.
From Florence take the highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI) in the
direction to PISA/LIVORNO, exit at EMPOLI OVEST.
Continue in the direction to Castelfiorentino and then Certaldo ( state road
SS429).
At the first traffic-light you reach in Certaldo turn left (Via Agnoletti) and
follow the indications for locality S. Martino (3km).

From South reach Siena.
From Siena take the highway SIENA-FIRENZE in the direction to FIRENZE,
exit at POGGIBONSI NORD. Continue in the direction of CERTALDO.
Drive through Certaldo following the principal street ( state road SS429)
until you reach the 6’th traffic-light. Turn right ( Via Agnoletti) and continue
for 4 km following the indications for MONTESPERTOLI and then the locality
S.MARTINO.


From West (PISA/LIVORNO).
Take the highway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI) in the direction to Firenze,
exit at EMPOLI OVEST. Continue in the direction to Montespertoli and then
Certaldo ( state road SS429).
At the first traffic-light in Certaldo turn left (Via Agnoletti) and follow the
indications for locality S. Martino (3km).
