Beschreibung

Spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped, situated in a quite
area just 100m from the beach in Neoi Epivates, 30km to Thessaloniki's
center. Close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other amenities.
The 7 km long beach is sandy with crystal clear water and gets the Blue
Flag every year. The daily boat from Neoi Epivates to Thessaloniki gives
you the opportunity to enjoy both relaxing holidays by the sea and the
city life.

The house is built 2006, covers 165m2 in three floors and it’s a part of
a bigger semi-detached house. We rent the entrance floor as well as the
upper floor but we use the basement for storage ourselves. On the
upper floor there are two bedrooms with AC and a spacious loft in each
one of them. There is a double bed in every bedroom and two single
beds in the lofts, which gives 8 berths totally. There is also a bathroom
on this floor with bathtab and a washing machine. There is a balcony
outside every bedroom with view to the sea. On the entrance floor,
there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area and a
WC. There is AC here as well and balcony outside both the kitchen and
the living room. All balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture.
The house offers free Wi-Fi and a patio of 150 square meters with two
olive trees, a gigantic palm tree, different mediterranean plants and a
big built barbecue. There are outside furniture at the patio as well.
