Description

Newly built architect-designed house 50+15
square meters, greatly situated right by the
sea.
Jetty with large deck and sandy seashore.

The house is our guesthouse but we let it a
few weeks during the summer.

Open plan living room and kitchen. Livingroom
with Apple-TV.
Kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave
and dishwasher.
Fully equipped bathroom.
Bedloft with double bed (120 cm) and xtra
bed.

A small cottage is built this spring, directly in
connection with the guest house. It serves as
major bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
and a wonderful sight at sunrise and the sea.

Microfiber means that there is free, high speed
wireless internet.

Sauna with shower.

Small boat with motor, kayak and indian canoe
are included in
rent.
Jetty is being shared with hosting family.

For the children there is a wendy house as well
as slide, swing and a big trampoline.

Boule course and several other outdoor
games.

A lot of life vests of different sizes are at your
disposal.

The estate is situated at an island close to the
mainland.
Regular ferry from the island to Stockholm
three times daily.
Five minute trip with own boat to the mainland
where berth as well as parking space are at
disposal.
Taxi boat service is also an option.

Final cleaning is being done by a professional
firm. This means a mandatory cost of 125€.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can
be rented for 25 €/person.
