kilometers north of Borgholm at Kalmarsund. Quiet
and child friendly location. Walking distance to beach.
150 meters to the sea and fantastic sea views with
wonderful sunsets. Kitchen, bedroom, living room with
fireplace & TV, combustion toilet inside as well as an
hot water outdoor shower booth. Fence or hedge
around the plot on a 750 square meter lawn and a
iron gate to the village street. In the tool shed there
are div. utensils such as barbecues and loungers which
may be used if required.
