It has A/C and heating and is perfectly situated on an attractive Spanish style complex which has two swimming pools and is next door to the golf course.

A short 5 minute walk will take you to the local square of family friendly bars and restaurants. The Marina itself has a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi.

There is a meter installed monitoring ONLY the Air Conditioning / Heating usage. This is to make guests aware of the costs of leaving the Air Conditioning / Heater running all day, and thus costing the owner many many euros. Reasonable usage (6 hours a day) will not incur any charges. More than this will be charged at the current electricity rate of 0.70 euro cents per hour.
