Description

Exclusive mountain house of 140 sqm, built in 2013 next to a beautiful
rippling mountain stream with a good location and fantastic views of
Kläppenberget. Ski-in / ski-out via transport lift and cross-country trail
approx. 80m from plot boundary.

5 bedrooms of which 2 with double beds, 2 with double beds that can be
shared and a room with 2 bunk beds. Hall with practical clothes storage and
direct connection to the terrace with large outdoor jacuzzi. 3 toilets with 2
showers and 2-person whirlpool tub with sauna in the large bathroom.

Large cottage with cable TV, DVD & Soundbar. The room is decorated with a
wood burning stove with illuminated masonry, which goes all the way up to
the ridge. Well equipped kitchen with espresso machine (used with whole
coffee beans) & carbonated water in soda streams. Induction hob, built-in
convection oven & microwave, spacious fridge & freezer and dishwasher.
Dining table with 12 seats and high chair. Living room upstairs with cable TV,
DVD and separate work area.

Laundry room with washing machine and drying cabinet. Ski storage with 2
engine heater sockets. Departure cleaning and Kläppen's snow guarantee are
included during the winter season.

Keys are handed out using a code to a key cabinet above the engine heater
