throughout the house. The house is created and decorated for you who want
to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Villa Kyhlsvägen, with its quiet and secluded garden, is located on the
outskirts of Borrby with only about 4km to sandy beach and sea pool. All
necessities in the village can be reached on foot. There is a grocery store with
post office, pharmacy, bank, some shops, café, beautiful church and more.

We took over the house in Feb 2021 and immediately began a renovation
where our goal is to maintain and recreate contemporary charm. The house
consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room and kitchen.
In the basement, which is unfurnished, there is a washing machine and
storage
space. In the garden you are greeted by a quiet patio and a bright little
outbuilding that can certainly be the perfect place for the evening or a rainy
day.

We rent out the house furnished all year round. You can choose to book the
house weekly with change Saturday-Saturday or book a longer period
monthly.

Road Description

In the middle of Österlen, in its heart, between Simrishamn and Ystad lies the
ancient and proud village of Borrby.
It is only 4km to Borrbystrand which offers a mile long white lovely
sandy beach and sea pool. In Borrby there are necessities such as a grocery
store with post office, pharmacy, bank, some shops, café, beautiful church
and more.
