bed (also sea view from the

bedroom and exit to the

balcony) and a room with two

single beds. Both rooms have

good wardrobes. You have a

fully equipped kitchen with

everything you need to live

comfortably. There is of course

both a washing machine and a

dishwasher.

Open plan with kitchen and

living room with large sofa and

smart TV. The bathroom is fully

tiled with a shower.

There is air-conditioning in

every room and wi-fi.

A short walk from the

apartment you will find several

cozy stands with crystal clear

water. One of the beautiful

bays, Turtle bay you can
snorkel

with turtles if you are lucky. On

several of the beaches you will

find sunbeds and parasols for

rent, water sports, hotel pools

that you can use, restaurants,

shops and rental of cars,

bicycles and quad bikes, etc.

There is a parking space for the

apartment if you want to rent a

car.

An evening walk to the main

street (or 3 minutes by bus)

with all the restaurants and

evening entertainment and

about 8 km (10 minutes by bus)

to Ayia Napa. Bus stop is within

100 meters from the apartment.

You have a larger supermarket

75 meters from the apartment.

In the southern part of Cyprus,

you will find the lowest crime

rate in all of Europe. You feel

safe and can wander freely, day

or night.

You will find a fantastic large

lemon & lime tree in the yard.
