Our pleasant terraced house is located in a child-friendly area with a good location for
most things in Visby.

In the quiet residential area there are large grassy areas, football and basketball courts
and several nice playgrounds for different ages.

A few kilometers away there is a public heated outdoor pool, a hiking trail on Södra
Hällarna and Kneippbyn's resort. Perfect for families with children.

The terraced apartment is spread over two floors and consists of two large bedrooms and
a bathroom with shower on the upper floor.
The bedrooms have a 180x200 cm double bed and the second bedroom has two single
beds 120x200 and 80x200.
Kitchen with open plan to living room and large patio and toilet are on the lower floor.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Free parking is available on the street directly next to the terraced house.

Wifi, TV and DVD player.
Large and modern laundry room in the neighboring yard.
200 meters to grocery store and ATM.
20 minutes walk and 6 minutes by bike to Östercentrum.
Exchange day Sunday.
Bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the price.
Tenant cleans himself or pays SEK 500 extra.
