A beautiful, south-west facing corner apartment with garden, pool & sea
views in this quietly located, handsome villa in a commanding position on a
gentle hill, just a 6 minute drive from Estepona Port.
Located on an urbanisation of attractive detached villas, it has a large
floral garden with 'pineapple palms' and a pool that is HEATED October 1 -
April 30 (at 65e / week - optional).
The apartment is furnished and equipped, not with the often-seen rental
rubbish but as if it were your own little Spanish hide-away!!!
We have English/German/Spanish/French/Polish satellite TV but also have a good
selection of dvds, many in Swedish/Norwegian.
Parking is free and is just outside the villa. Free wi-fi; ping-pong; 450 movie
library

Our road comprises about 15 attractive villas and ends in a cul-de-sac.
We therefore get very little passing traffic and are less than a 20 minute
walk from 3 restaurants; 2 new supermarkets; a 5*GL hotel and a beach.
The pretty port area and the best beach in the area are less than 6
minutes away. The quaint town of Estepona, founded in 1503 is 10
minutes. Marbella / Puerto Banus / Casares are all within 20 minutes.
Estepona is great if you are still seeking a really Spanish seaside town
with charm, not too many tourists and little cafes & tapas bars to relax in.
