Welcome to hire a nice cottage on Smålänska highlands

Kådebo is a cottage for rent on the Highlands of Småland. The cottage is
surrounded by fields and paddocks. It’s common to see deer and hares roaming
close by, and if you’re lucky you may get a glimpse of an moose. West of the
house is a magical forest, with blueberries and mushrooms, to the east is the
Holma Wetlands where you can hear Black Grouse singing early in the morning.

Kådebo is an old farm with a cottage, barn and garage. The cottage has three
rooms and kitchen, the kitchen and bathroom being newly renovated. The living
room has a dining table and couch (which is also a fold out bed). The larger of the
bedrooms has a double bed and a bunk bed and the other bed room has a double
bed. There is room for 6-8 people to share the cottage and time
together.

Kådebo guests are free to walk in the forest close by or take a longer walks along
the highlands walking trail to ‘Tomtebacken’ a lookout tower with lovely views. If
you are interested in fishing, borrow our boat on Lake Älmhulta just a few
kilometres away. There are a number swimming lakes around Malmbäck, you can
choose between shallow child friendly beaches or the fantastic diving board/tower
at Lake Klappa.

At Falla it is possible to buy fresh eggs, sheep skins and ceramic wares. It is also
possible to try your hand at pottery or go for a tour by horse and cart – as time
permits.
