In a beautifully restored farmhouse, panoramic located between the colors of the
Marche countryside, just 2.5 km from the Adriatic Sea and the historic old town
of Senigallia, we have furnished and equipped apartments with bathroom.
These apartments​​ (about 40 square meters), located on the garden - pool floor
of this private area, are composed of : 1 living room with kitchenette (fridge,
freezer, oven, stove gas, pots and pans, etc.) and with a double sofa bed ,
+ 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (single or bunk bed) + 1 bathroom.
Within, thanks to an excellent use of space, as well as large closets and
drawers to store your things in order, you will find a fully equipped kitchen,
bathroom with tub and shower, washing machine, dryer, 2 TV, 2 clock radios, iron
and ironing board, safe. The apartments also having the kitchen next to a shady
pergola, offer the possibility to eat outside to protect from summer heat.
Guests have a large garden with deck-chairs, a swimming pool with sun beds and
umbrellas, a bowling alley, a barbecue, a parking space. The owner and his
family live on the first floor of this house and are always ready to give you
things and information you need.
Senigallia is a very nice town resort of the Adriatic Sea .
Famous for its beach called “velvet beach” you can also find many shopping
centres, pubs, bars, cinemas, sports facilities, local restaurants, pizza
restaurants, fast food, etc.
Near Senigallia, (15/20 minutes driving), many wonderful Medieval villages may
be visited.You can also reach, in a short time (from 40 up to 60 minutes
driving) the famous Frasassi Caves, the Gradara Castle, the Republic of St
Marino, Loreto anf its beautiful Sanctuary , Urbino with is history and his
university, the Cattolica’s Water Park le Navi,theRiccione’s Aquafan and The
Oversea Park.
During the year, in Senigallia, there are numerous celebration, shows, festival,
local food and wine tasting.

We are 5 minutes'drive from the A14 motorway, 5 minutes from the railway station
of Senigallia, 17 km from Ancona (Falconara Marittima). If you come by car and
use a satellite navigation system , set " STRADA DEL ROSCIOLO "and you will
find our way intersection that is called"LOCALITA' CASINI SOCCORSO " N° 7 . If
you can not find on your own or with the help of a browser or arrive by train or
plane, the owner will be glad , at any time, you came to meet wherever you want
to show you the way station or pick you up at the airport!
