Very functional, nice and sweet cottage on shared plot. Partial sea view, about
100 m to fishing and 800 m to bathing. About 300 m to the bus. A loft bed and a
sofa with two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot and cold water,
fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle and partial sea views
from the kitchen sink when you do the dishes. The bathroom has toilet, sink and
shower. The cottage has compact living: sofa, table,television, loft bed and
door to patio with garden furniture and barbecue. The cottage has morning sun
and the plot is natural with lovely Lily of the Valley slope in the early
summer.
The surroundings are beautiful forests where you can walk among mushrooms and
berries. Åsätra port, about 300 m, for trips with regular boats out to other
islands in the archipelago. 2 bikes. Rent per day and the price includes 2 sets
of sheets / towels, cleaning is mandatory options and costs 300 SEK.

On Ljusterö you will find kayak rental and courses, golf, a stunning nature
reserve, it is perfectly possible to make wonderful boat trips to other islands
in the archipelago but also to Stockholm and the archipelago town of Vaxholm. It
is 5 km to Ljusterö Square where there is food, post office and tourist office.
