The house, La Fontana, is situated 30 kilometers north of Pisa. Close to
beaches, Cinque Terre, Lucca and Pisa and many more lovely places in
Tuscany.
25-30 minutes to the sea, Riviera della Versilia.

La Fontana har a living area of 250 square meters on two floors. The bottom
floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining room and a living room with a
sofa bed for two people.

The first floor has three bed rooms, 2 bath rooms and a big living room. You
can
walk out to the terrace from the living room overlooking the Mediterranean
sea.

There is a garden on both the front and the back of the house with table,
chairs, bbq and boule court.

Two bed rooms hav double beds, one bed room have two single beds and
there is a sofa bed for two people in the living room at the bottom floor. There
are 8 good places to sleep.

Sheets, towels, electricity, gas, water and cleaning after your visit is
included in the price.
There are two garages belonging to the house.

Cost 19 500 SEK/week.
