7 years to fully restore to the highest standards this beautiful 150 year old
stone building in the village Salles d Aude (languedoc-Roussillon) Self
catering gite holiday apartments , we deliver the most enjoyable accommodation
in the area, Luxury holiday self-catering gite apartments in the heart of a
living wine growers village.

Recently we was accorded by Gite De France 4 stars, 3 epices for one of our
apartments. Salles d'aude with its population just under 3000 and growing fast
as more and more people discover the agreeable and affordable life style,with
the very mild winters lasting barely three months come and stay with use during
the winter as well as summer and see for yourselves how agreeable it can be.

Lots to see all year round for instance when children go back to school the
Vendange (means "late harvest" in French) period all the unusual smells in the
air, and the spring that starts as early as March the beautiful wild flowers,
poppy fielded lots of wild plants, long warm summers lasting for what seems an
eternity. The village is surrounded by wine vineyards panoramic view of the
Pyrenees the finest beaches with soft sand just 10 km away (1 euro by bus to
the beaches runs for building).

Our building is ideally located on the main aveune of the village of Salles
d'Aude with its history and charm neighboring villages like Gruissan, Narbonne
plage, Lespingnan, Coursan Armissan, Fleury, Vinassan, Saint Pierre Sur Mer,
Narbonne.
