The Residence is situated on the Capo Vaticano promontory, 9 Km from Tropea, in
a peaceful position. We can admire suggestive sunsets of Isole Eolie and a
splendid panorama of lights at night. This panorama goes from Golfo di Gioia
Tauro until the Straits of Messina. This place is immersed in a rich and green
vegetation, it offer large and wellfurnished rooms with terraces and private
services. The relaxing and informal atmosphere, the familiar management, the
nearness with the splendid beach of Capo Vaticano (Grotticelle) will really make

from Tropea, in the tract of tirrenic coast of Calabria called Costa degli Dei .
500m from the wonderful beach of Grotticelle and nearby the farthest position of
the promontory where there are some little beaches of which the bigger is "Praia
del Fuoco", separated with two gigantic stacks, that come out from the sea and
grow upwards up to Faro di Capo Vaticano that dominates the landscape from the top.
