Beschreibung

Our house is located in Skäret between the "Café Flickorna Lundgren" and
restaurant "Rut på Skäret". From the house it only takes a few minutes to walk
down to the sea and the harbor (about 400 meters). Skäret is located in the
middle of Kullabygden where you can enjoy both swimming and golf rounds as
well
as natural scenery and great dinners.

The house is 60 m2 and has a large living room, kitchen and three bedrooms.
There are four beds and the possibility of a fifth. The master bedroom has a
double bed and the two single rooms has single beds.

The house is located in a large lovely green garden-area where you can enjoy
both morning and evening sun. There is access to several groups of garden
furnitures as well. For cool evenings and rainy days, there is a conservatory
which is accessed both from the livingroom and the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and freezer.
The bathroom has shower, toilet and laundry machine - totally renovated 2016.
Cleaning equipment is available. Municipal
water and sewer.
