This apartment is two flights up and has a light and airy feel. The living room looks out on to St
Baldred's Church and the sea is in view from the main bedroom.
It is located at the heart of the East Lothian golf coast - walking distance from the world famous
North Berwick West Links, and less than fifteen minutes drive from Muirfield, Gullane, Renaissance and
Archerfield. In all there are 22 golf courses in the county catering for all standards of golfers.
North Berwick is a great destination for families with miles of sandy beaches, tennis, putting, sailing and
other activities for all. The award winning Scottish Seabird Centre is just ten minutes walk from the
apartment, and the railway station (only 33 minutes to Edinburgh) is right across the road. The town
has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Five people can be comfortably accommodated in three bedrooms (one twin/double with en-suite, one
double and one single), with a double sofa bed in the living room providing flexibility to increase to a
maximum of seven. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard the apartment provides an ideal
getaway for families, golfers, or anyone else. Smoking is not permitted.
Wi-fi is provided, and there is a 42" TV with BluRay/DVD player (all freeview channels available).
- from Edinburgh, the West and the North:
Proceed eastwards along the A720 City of Edinburgh bypass, then take the A1 south for approx 10
miles. Exit at Bankton junction on to the A198 and follow signs to North Berwick.
On entering North Berwick proceed along the A198 Dirleton Avenue and turn right at the second set of
traffic lights. Royal Apartments is immediately on your left, with parking (space marked no 8) to the
rear of the building.
from the South:
Travelling north on the A1, continue past Dunbar then exit onto the A199. After 2 miles turn right onto
the A198, and follow the road for a further 6 1/2 miles into North Berwick.
On entering North Berwick continue past the small roundabout at Tesco then turn right at the second
roundabout. 500 yards further (with the rugby club on your right) turn left into St Baldreds Road
(A198), then follow the road for 3/4 of a mile, passing through one set of traffic lights, until you reach
the railway station.
Royal Apartments is immediately on your right, across the road from the station, with parking (spaces
marked no 8) to the rear of the building.
