This charming cute 2 bedrooms apartment is very well kept, is on the 2nd floor
in a 6 floor(with lift) building called Le Rocamare, which is situated at the
beach in Cannes, at the Bl. Jean Hibert. 5. min, walking distance to the old
center and the film festival.There are lots of parking possibilities next to the
apartment and a green park for kids just opposite as well.Plenty of
restaurants, cafes, sportfacilities ect. next to the apartment at the beach and
around.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a big bed and one with a bunk bed (2 beds
on top of each other). The living room ,with big windows over viewing the sea,
consists of a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed and a dinning
area, internet and cable television. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment
incl. micro-oven and a washing-machine. Air condition all over. Out from the
living room there is a lovely sunny terrace with an astonishing view over the
sea and the mountains.
