Welcome to our charming 1.5-story
house, perfect for families wanting
to celebrate the holidays together. The
160 m² home has five
bedrooms, sleeping seven in beds and
two more on large sofas,
offering plenty of space for relaxing,
playing, and holiday festivities.
Two bathrooms make morning and
evening routines easy: an upstairs
bathroom with a bathtub and shower,
and a ground-floor bathroom
with a shower cabin and a small
children’s bathtub. After a day in the
winter cold, you can unwind in the sauna
or gather around the TV for movie nights
or play board games.
The kitchen is large, bright, and open to
the living and dining areas.
When the kitchen and dining tables are
combined, there’s room for up
to 12 people—perfect for a Christmas
dinner or New Year’s party. It’s
fully equipped with an induction cooktop,
convection oven, dishwasher,
and fridge/freezer. The balcony offers
partial views of the lake and
meadow, and the large garden provides
space for play, snowball fights,
or winter walks. For children, there’s a
playhouse and loft (kattvind), and
upstairs there’s an additional family
room for games and cozy gatherings.
The house is just 50 meters from a bus
stop and has parking for 4 - 5
cars.

Road Description

1 Take E18 west from Stockholm
towards Västerås.
2 Take the Erikslund / Bauhaus exit and
drive south toward Erikslund.
3 Drive approximately 3–3.5 km from the
exit until you pass the
Kraftvärmeverket (power plant) on the
left.
4 Continue another ~500 m past First
Camp / the campground.
5 Turn left into Enhagen-Ekbacken. then
immediately right onto
Cronstedsvägen.
6 Just before turning onto
Fingersvampsvägen, you’ll see traffic
calming measures—two large speed
limit signs in the middle of the
road.
7 Turn left onto Fingersvampsvägen.
The house is on the corner, on the left
side, surrounded by tall hedges,
with a white gate with a bow-top, and
painted pale mint green.
