to enjoy the Carnivals in the area or the Gay Pride itself (according
to the dates) but with enough privacy to enjoy the rest.
The bungalow consists of a kitchen equipped with a
refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster,
blender, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for 4
people.
Bathroom with shower and glass screen.
Living room next to the kitchen with Smart TV, wifi and an
armchair/cane for 2 people.
Room with double bed (150x190) and built-in wardrobe.
Likewise, the property has air conditioning and heat pump.
Outside we find a wonderful garden of almost 150 square meters of
artificial grass and natural trees with automated irrigation.
There is also a senator/dining room for 8 people and another
multipurpose area to enjoy a coffee or infusion during some
afternoons to remember. You also have some hammocks to enjoy
the sun and the temperature of the south of Gran Canaria.
The complex where the bungalow is located is very close to the bus
stops to get to or from the airport, the rest of the tourist area and
the capital of the Island itself, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, whose
gastronomic and cultural offer grows every day. and it is worth
discovering.
Finally, the bungalow area allows you to see the mountains of the
island, which invites you to get to know them and be able to live
the experience of being cold on our peaks, have lunch in the many
typical restaurants and return to the bungalow to sunbathe in the
garden, the complex pool or even go to Maspalomas Beach, an icon
of our island.

You can find transport connections at the door of the complex, just
100 meters away, to any destination to enjoy the island.
The area is surrounded by bungalow tourist complexes (not
buildings) which gives a particular character to the area.
