Beschreibung

Comfortable and modern beachfront apartment at the superb sand Central Beach in Villajoyosa at a 5-minute walk to the town centre. Villajoyosa is a quiet, touristic town between Alicante and Benidorm. The apartment is near the marina and the fishing harbour (at a 3 and 8-minute walk, respectively)
It sleeps 4 people with a double-bed room and a twin bedroom, an independent kitchen, a toilet with shower and a living dining room with last generation flat-screen TV.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary
things for a comfortable stay (hob, oven, microwave, freezer-fridge, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, pots, glasses, crockery and cutlery, tea towels, iron and iron table, clothes horse...)
The flat is on the second floor of a four-storey block with
twenty flats, with lift and private parking on the ground floor. It has two terraces -the main one an impressively large balcony to the sea with astonishing sights to the whole beach, the marina and the harbour.
It is in a quiet location, never crowded unlike Benidorm, with a large sand beach of clean blue waters, always visited by families and people who walk, run and jog along the esplanade or do other sports (sailing, surfing ...). There are lots of restaurants, tapas bars and pubs nearby (at only a 2 or 3 minutes walking) but none in the same building or in the buildings next to it, so the flat has no noise or bad smells. The flat is very well communicated and there is a local bus stop nearby.
This area enjoys 320 days a year of sunshine, with very mild winters. Villajoyosa is well-known for its chocolate factories, its archaeological findings, its beaches and fish dishes.

Wegbeschreibung

At the airport or the train or bus station in Alicante you can take a bus or take or the tram to get to Villajoyosa. If you get off at the Creueta tram stop it takes you about 8 or 10 minutes walking or you can take a taxi to the apartment. The bus stops at Avinguda del País Valencià, you just go down Avinguda del Varadero and turn left into Avinguda del Port, go ahead and you'll find it on your left (on the right is the lovely, golden sand and fabulous blue sea!)
