Beautifully decorated, modern flat in new, elegant 4-storey building, with a double viscoelastic 1.50x2.00 m2 bed in main room, a set of 2 0.90x1.90 beds in another and two 1.05x2.00 m2 beds in the third bedroom, a studio, an independent wholly fitted and fully equipped kitchen (vitro-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge...), laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet with shower, living-dining room with last generation flat TV and video, and a wonderful balcony with spectacular sights to the sea. The building has got a swimming-pool and little garden and each flat has its own parking site in the basement.

In a quiet area, but near all kinds of amenities, ideal for all kinds of families, very well-lit and aired, with wonderful sights, at a two-minute walk from the central beach (a large, clean and not very crowded sand beach -and many other beaches at walking or driving distance) and in the centre of Villajoyosa, a quiet touristic town between Alicante and Benidorm. Accessible with wheelchair. It is convenient for going to pubs and restaurants, going shopping and sight-seeing, going for a walk, doing sport... and very well communicated.

It has a large beautiful, clean beach of light blue waters and golden sand (the Centre Beach in the town centre) and many other also first category little beaches of pebbles.

In addition, this area enjoys 320 days a year of sunshine, so you can book all year round. The winters are very mild, very rarely falling below 10ºC. Rain is also rare here, with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and all year round mild climate.

It is in Villajoyosa, a quiet, nice town (on the Costa Blanca) on the Mediterranean Sea, situated just on the main road from Alicante to Benidorm, in the middle of the avenue Avinguda del País Valencià, next to a bus stop if you come from Alicante or opposite it if you come from Benidorm. You can get to Alicante by plane, ferry or train and you can take a bus, a train (the tram) or a taxi in Alicante direct to Villajoyosa. There are also buses at the airport direct to Benidorm every hour and from there you can come to Villajoyosa by bus or the tram every 10 or 15 minutes. A tram stop is just at a 5-minute walk from the flat. It is at a 25-minute drive from Alicante by the main road (15 minutes using the motorway) and 15-5 minutes from Benidorm, depending on traffic and whether you take the main road or the bypass.
