The modern apartment Eva is exquisitely furnished and consists of a bathroom
with shower, 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room
with LCD screen. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 6 persons thanks to its
2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 more people in the living room. This
newly renovated apartment, where everything is in top condition, has also a
wonderful balcony where you can enjoy a bottle of wine on a warm summer's
evening.
Zadar is quite an exceptional town and an interesting foundation for a
fascinating and different vacation as there are numerous sightseeing
opportunities nearby. The beaches closest to the apartment are Borik, Uskok and
Diklo made from tiny pebble and located about 5 minutes drive from the
apartment. This apartment is ideal for families, because everything you need is
only a stone´s throw away. It is located in a safe urban area and the parking
area is just in front of the apartment and is free of charge.

Our Eva apartment is conveniently located in a part of the town called

Diklovac, within 10 minutes driving distance to the beach but also to the old

part of Town, which is known for its restaurants, lounge bars, boutiques and

the unavoidable nightlife. You will be able to enjoy Zadar during the day, walk

along the lungo mare and visit all the tourist sites. Nearest tubes are:

popular BEACH USKOK, SPA & WELLNESS AT FALKENSTEINER HOTELS, DIKLO BEACH and

WATERFRONT PROMENADE.

Rates are made for 6 people; for 4 people price is 20 € less.
