Beskrivning

This village house is nestled in the winding streets of the medieval village of
Vias. This house is situated near (2.8 km) to an excellent sandy beach of Vias
Plage, one of the best beaches in the South of France. It is about 50m from the
centre of the village, but is in a small quiet street with one or two cars
passing per day, there also is a bus stop 50m form this holiday rental you can
take a bus to the beach (July/August only) or a day trip to medieval towns of
Penenas or Agde,you do not need a car!

Getting to and from Beziers airport is also no problem with a bus or taxi. The
historic Canal du Midi is 1.5 km from the house constructed to connect the
Mediterranean to the Atlantic in the 1600's and now a World Heritage Site, and
offers holiday delights, whether from a hired boat, or a walk or bike ride along
the tow paths (you can hire bikes in the village)

The house is about 45m2 set over three floors full of charm of a old maison du
village giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere,it has just been renovated to
high standard making it both cosy and comfortable to live in. Best suited for a
couple but can sleep 4 (suitable for children over 10) one double bed with wash
basin in the bedroom (two singles possible) on the first floor and a sofa bed in
the lounge on the top floor also with a wash basin.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and has main door opening on to the street it
is fully equipped for 4 people including a 2 ring hob washing machine,tumble
dryer,fridge with a small freezer,microwave,and a comfortable table and chairs

The shower/wc is on the middle floor and easily accessible from the ground and
top floors,although small it is very functional. The bedroom is also on the
middle floor with a good size bed 160cm x 200cm,this can can be made in to 2
singles if need,there is also a wash basin and plenty of space for clothes and
suitcases,no door is fitted but there is curtain for your privatize if some one
is using the lounge/bedroom on the top floor.

The lounge is on the top floor and is equipped with a sofa bed and 2 comfortable
chairs there is a work top with a basin this is great for serving drinks or
using as a wash basin if the lounge is being used as a bedroom,there is also a
TV and PC with Internet via a pay as you go 3G key.
