Top standard with beautiful view of Lake Åre in front of you. On 129
sqm we have 10 comfortable beds in four bedrooms, fireplace, sauna,
two baths / toilets, two living rooms with comfortable sofas and
armchairs, open plan living room and kitchen, dishwasher, micro,
drying cabinet, boot heater and more. Underfloor heating throughout
the house.

Park the car throughout the stay, direct connection to Åre's ski
system via Björnenliften 200 meters close by. Fantastic
accommodation adapted for the large family or two families in
company.

On the lower floor there is bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed, upstairs are
bedroom 2 with 2 single beds of 90 cm, bedroom 3 has a double bed
2 x 90 cm, bedroom 4 has a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed with
2 x 90 cm.

There is a lockable ski storage just outside the door, parking for 2
cars. We have garbage sorting for the sake of the environment, the
garbage is left in the garbage house at the entrance to our area. Of
course we have no smoking throughout the house. If you do not bring
your own bed linen and towels, you can rent this from us at a
reasonable cost.

We rent our house only to caring families. Cleaning is included in the
price, you take care of the garbage yourself and the dishes / set in
the cabinets and clear the fridge and freezer before you go.

Changeover day is Saturdays, deviations may occur, Week 9 and 10 Sunday
