Le Petit Manoir offers spacious, luxury holiday accommodation for up to 11
people in a quiet village setting. The house has been recently restored
with modern conveniences, yet retaining many original features and
character. Whilst renting Le Petit Manoir the pool & garden are for your
exclusive use, apart from the occassional use by the owners.

In the house is a light and spacious living room with a large granite
fireplace, cast iron log burner and a floor to ceiling bookcase which makes
the high ceilinged room feel even bigger. There is a television with UK
satellite, DVD & video player, books and games. The room is light and cool
in the summer and cosy and warm sat by the large log burner in the winter.

Further to the living room is seperate dining room with a large dining table
for 10 and a large oak and granite fitted kitchen with all modern facilities,
including a dishwasher, a large american fridge freezer and a stainless
steel 5 ring cooker and oven.

Each of the four large luxury bedrooms (each one with a kingsize bed, in
addition there is a small double in one and sofa beds in two others) has an
ensuite, all have showers and one of them has a bath. Each of them has
quality bedding and bathroom fittings and comes supplied with bathroom
towels and quality soaps. A cot is also available for under 2's.

Within 45 minutes are the historic cities of Poitiers, Saumur, Niort and the
Loire Valley. Ideal for those who enjoy seeing the wonderful architecture
and buildings the area has to offer, or a spot of shopping and people
watching in the vibrant centres. The area has many medieval towns
offering weekly markets and a chance to see real France.

The region is littered with little gems to be uncovered, in between wine
tastings at many of the local wine producers. Two of France's most visited
attractions are the theme parks of Puy du Fou and Futuroscope which are
also only 45 minutes drive away and well worth a visit for the whole family.
