This fabulous country manor house Vertent Andreu is situated in a
marvellous rural setting. It is set in a 28,000 sq metres of land and has a
majestic gated entrance with a long wide drive down to the house. The
gate has a security code to open it, making the villa very secure and
private. To the left of the drive are the fabulous gardens full of colourful
plants, palms, conifers and olive trees. The large pool is set in 2200 square

from the airport towards the north of the island, after aproximately 30

you take the exit Pollensa (10 minutes drive from exit highway to the
beauitful
town of Pollença. Another 5 minutes drive from Pollença the country house
Vertent Andreu over the well maintained country road (old road from
Pollença to Alcudia).
