Beskrivning

A newly built house with nice beach views located in one of the most tourist
areas of Naxos Island due to the number of superb and well-known beaches of the
area. Facilities include – Ground floor: fully fitted kitchen/ living area and
wc – First floor level: 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom –
Semi-underground space of 50sq.m. which includes a bed setee, 2 beds, big
wardrobes, a storeroom where is the washing machine and a restroom. A/c,
Linen, bath towels included – tv – dvd player- The two spacious verandas
offering panoramic views of Agios Prokopios beach. Moreover you can reach the
beach on foot as well as the public transportation station. In a few meters you
can find restaurants, cafes and mini markets. Additional you have the option to
take the bus or walk to reach Agia Anna (1km) and Plaka area(2km) where you can
find greater variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Agios Prokopios is located at 5 kilometres away from the capital. It is one of
the most popular beaches of Naxos and considered as one of the most beautiful
beaches in Europe. The long golden sandy beach extends over 1, 5 kilometres
and has beautiful crystalline waters. Organized with sun beds, umbrellas and
water sports facilities. Sandy dunes are softly rising on this beach and,
behind them, hide Plaka area (2km from Prokopios) proposing various
restaurants, cafes and bars. Agios Prokopios is reachable by bus which leaves
frequently (every 10-15 minutes) from the capital of Naxos. The beach itself is
very long. You will notice the water is a beautiful aqua marine colour while
the sand is nice and soft.
