Villa Peggy is situated on Island Šolta in the small bay called "Tepli bok".
Island Šolta is one hour by ferry boat from town Split.
Villa Peggy is 15 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the centre of the
small fishing village, Maslinica, where there are several grocery shops and
restaurants.

Tepli bok is ideal place for wind-surfing because "maestral" wind wich also is a
reason why it's never unbearably hot.
House is an ideal place for two families (8 persons) who want to spend their
holidays together.
It is a two floors house, one apartment on each floor.
It's being rented as one because one should pass through the ground floor to get
on the attic.

GROUND FLOOR (cca90m2): Consisting of two double bedrooms, bathroom,
kitchen(including dish-washer), living room(SAT-TV), and most inportant for the
summer,a spacious terrace(cca30m2) with the beautiful sea view and barbecue.

ATTIC FLOOR (cca 35m2): Consisting of twoe double bedrooms, bathroom, small
kitchen and two balconies.
