own swimming pool. The villa has a private roof top solarium accessible by
an indoor spiral staircase. Living area approx. 130sqm.

Ground floor: good sized lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite. Large entrance
terrace. New 200 liter hot water tank installed to provide adequate
amounts for many showers and electronic water softener for more comfort.

Basement: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and separate garage. Villa
is fully furnished. Communal pool just 150m from the house. Alarm system.
Secure safe. Prices given are for 3 bed rooms and occupancy of up to 6
people. If the extra bed room is needed, add 70£/week. If only 2
