Beskrivning

The house is located in the village of Mozzanella, a small village of the town
of Castiglione di Garfagnana
Sourranded by woodland of a village of 15 inhabitants, close to a forest that
stretches across fields and paths, our house is available for holiday periods
and can accommodate up to eight people, including adults and children.

As a home owned and used by us in many periods of the year, this holiday home
has all the amenities and everything you need for cooking, washing, etc ... and
naturallly hot water and gas (as well as a fireplace and barbecue!!)
Our dear old house is divided into two independent floors. The first floor has a
bedroom, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and living
room-kitchen. Also on the first floor is the terrace with tables and chairs to
enjoy a priceless quiet .
On the second floor, reached by an outside stair, there is a rather large space
with a further double bed and 2 sofa beds, very comfortable for parents and
children ... and of course a bathroom with shower.
