The three double bedroom house is situated on a hill outside the town of
Beziers in large grounds just under 5 acres with private pool and a small
poolhouse.

It has a magnificent view over the countryside on two sides of the property
and on one over the cathedral of Beziers which is lit up in the evening.

The house has an exceptionally good structure with hall, a large
living/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a large
bathroom with separate shower and is equipped with tv, stereo etc.

On the outside the large terrasse enables everyone to enjoy the view and
the pool from a sheltered position.

This part of the South of France which includes Languedoc-Rousillon is
renowned for its beautiful, unspoilt and varied countryside where the
mountains and the sea can be found 45 minutes from each other, where
the never ending vineyards guarantee a green countryside even during
the arid months of the year, this part being the largest wine growing area
in Europe. The area has good and reasonable restaurants and the wines
are unspoilt by additives. The nearest beaches, Valras, Vendres, and
Serignan can be reached in 10 minutes.

The area is particularly famous for its old history, its Cathar and Roman
sites and its abundant Romanesque architecture. Its annual 300 days of
sunshine draw large numbers of holidaymakers, who take away
unforgettable memories of the beautiful natural surroundings, monuments,
villages and towns full of character such as Montpellier, Nîmes,
Carcassonne, Uzès, the Pont de Gard and the Canal du Midi, to say
nothing of the cultural circuits with prehistoric, Roman or Cathar themes.

Basking in the Mediterranean sun, the region is rich in protected areas and
nature reserves, where a wide range of exceptional flora and fauna
flourish in total liberty. Whether on foot, on bike, by canoe, on horseback
or even on skis, it is the ideal place for all open air activities, given the
great diversity of its countryside.
