Beausejour lies on the outskirts of Beziers 10 min. from the beach Valras
Plage, Serignan and Vendres, and the Beziers town centre can be reached
in 15 min. The property is situated in a very quiet location, surrounded by
vineyards and has a lot of character in its original Languedoc style. There
is a large garden with pool and barbecue.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC's, 2 living rooms,
large kitchen, and a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with
dishwasher, washing machine etc.

The house is decorated in the Languedoc style and has a lot of warmth
and character with its stone walls, beams and original fireplace.

The Languedoc is renowned for its beautiful, unspoilt and varied
countryside, its old Cather and Roman history as well as Romanesque
architecture. It is still possible to drive for miles without seeing a house.
During the hot summer months, the miles of vineyards also allow for a
green countryside.

The Languedoc is the largest wine growing area in Europe and the wines
are natural where additives are not allowed to spoil their flavour.
Restaurant food is excellent and very reasonable and for those who enjoy
cooking, the market offers an abundance of fresh fish and food, a lot of
which is grown locally.
